Hey, I am a very upbeat kind of guy, who likes going out to shows, dancing, dinner, and have a great group of friends and family and am looking for someone to share that with. I work at a blueprint company downtown, (and am starting on a radiology degree in the spring), and live in the west plaza. I like a lot of different kinds of music, some which include david bowie,iris dement,split lip rayfield, herbie hancock, cure, omni trio, bill evans,, corneilious, squarepusher,bela fleck and the flecktones, aphex twin, bob dylan, chilli peppers,alison krauss, mars volta, sarah harmen, imogen heap, fleetwood mac,danzig,david byrne,radiohead,portishead,jamiraquai,james brown, peter gabrial, and the list goes on.... i also play piano and guitar and sing, i am constantly told that i am very good and should try to do that professionally, but it's really not that easy, no matter how good you are. maybe someday.

fav movies: true romance, brazil, team america, the adventures of baron munchausen, kiss kiss bang bang, pee wee's big adventure, beetlejuice.

fav cheese : muenster. or gouda.

fav books: jitterbug perfume (tom robbins, anything else by him) glass bead game, herman hesse, steppenwolfe,confedereacy of dunces, one day in the life of ivan desivonich, anthony burgess (clockwork orange), shogun, malachy and frank mccourt, gregory macguire, KURT VONNEGUT, the hitchhikers guide to the galaxy, and all those in the series... on and on...

i used to live in boulder/denver, san fransisco and houston. always come back to kansas city, i love it here, but actually am now considering moving to the virgin islands, as i am going to puerto rico in march and got an offer from a good friend who lives there. maybe if i find someone worthwhile they could come with. :)

depends on what's going on that weekend. i like to go to see live music, dance to a dj, see an art instalation, somewhere to have a good conversation , maybe grab a drink.
