I would say I'm a modern women who still relies on traditional values. I'd define it as "classy with an edge". LOL

The traditional part of me needs a partner to be protective (not jealous), strong and secure. To know when it's time to be a man and take control but also be confident in themselves to let their gaurd down at times and be vulnerable so I may nurture them in return.

The modern part of me needs someone who will be openminded and non-judgmental because I think life is too short not to live it and experience many different people, places and activities. I enjoy being able to agree to disagree, to be comfortable enough to respect each others views.

Someone who enjoys pushing their limits and wouldn't mind being active and energetic be it at the gym or hiking on a trail. I enjoy the challenge of working out regularly and being active on a regular basis.

I have been fortunate to have been in love and have had wonderful relationships in the past. I want to feel the comfort, compassion, trust and honesty that can come with two people sharing their lives without reservations.

I am separated with one wonderful girl with no chance of reconciliation but we are close friends, each playing a very active role in raising her properly. Yes that is still possible. If you are not secure in yourself and believe that being separated is "drama". Just a heads up, not every relationship ends badly, there is such a thing as a healthy, issue free split.

I am looking for friendship FIRST and then see what develops. NO pressure, NO expectations. I know what I need in my life and have no problem being alone until I find the right person.

Lets just talk and see what happens and maybe we can both be pleasantly surprised by the other.
