The new year is upon us...

We're all here for a reason, we're all starting over in some way or another. Some NEVER want to go through it again and just want to date. Some don't really know what they want and say, "let's see what happens". Others would like to have a chance again, but do things differently. Most of us feel that we've learned a thing or two (hopefully, lol), and won't make the same mistakes again. I do know one thing for certain...Don't make someone a priority in your life, if they've only made you an option in theirs.
We can be a "benefit" in each others life, not a liability. I am independent (but not so independent where I don't need you), secure in my career, intelligent, and I'm not looking to spend your money. I wish to "compliment" your life, not complicate it, and would hope that you would be looking to do the same in mine.

What happened to the long lost art of kissing? Those long, wet, slow, deep, passionate kisses that seemed like they lasted forever? That certain look from across the room, and we both know what it means...those sweet nothings??
I read an article that men do in fact like to cuddle and do like PDA, is it true? lol I'm open minded, uninhibited, and willing to try most anything at least once, and I'm looking for the same.
I like to take on new challenges and adventures...I see things as half full, I think you have to laugh in life, laugh at life, and most importantly, laugh at yourself...or its going to be a long road ahead!! I've learned that it's not so much WHERE you're at, but HOW you've gotten there that matters most.
Sometimes we have to sit back, slow down, and really take a look at what we want and just go for it. Life is SHORT...so BREAK the rules, FORGIVE quickly, KISS slowly, LOVE truly, LAUGH uncontrollably and never REGRET anything that once made you smile.......Life is GOOD when you laugh more than you cry. Life is GREAT when you laugh till you cry........ And yes, you can have the remote, and still have your friday night with the guys.
I'm a lil bit sassy, some say a smart a$$, but in a good way ! lol, a lil bit of a rebel, I don't always like to follow the rules, what fun is that? lol Taking a risk, things that take your breath away, things that just crack you the hell up for no reason at all !!! I have a lil bit of ink, and I'm a lil bit pierced, and I'm a natural red head...maybe that gives way to the sassiness !
I'm an RN, taking care of our military, past and present. I absolutely love my job and wouldn't change it for the world.
Family is very important to me, we're very close. I was born and raised in Wisconsin, grew up in Muskego, went to college in the Ashland/Washburn area. I have brothers and sisters in PA/NJ/FL. I come from a family of Marines---You don't have to support the war, but please support our troops.
I love to travel, see new things, experience all that I can, all that WE can.
I like the summer festivals, live bands, country music/Elvis/old rock/motown. I also enjoy camping, people watching, or just jumping in the car (or on your bike) and seeing where it takes us. Those 4 day wknds work wonders for the stressful times. I'm looking for my partner in crime, the one to share the good times and bad, the fun times and the not so fun times...plain and simple....that one someone special to simply share life with.
