~Question: Why am I on here?
Moving to Halifax from Northern Ontario... I think this would be a great method to meet people. I have met some great people online, and also some scary ladies. I don't come with drama, and not looking to be involved in drama from past relationships and such.

~Question: What do I do for a living?
I work as a Trainer for a fairly large company. It's a great job that fits my personality, and I love going to work. I also teach medical stuff on the side. Plus volunteer within the community.

~Question: What are my simple pleasures in life?
Making people smile, I get energized...by making people smile, and doing things out of character. Stepping out of my comfort zone. Have you seen a reflective red nose on a deer crossing sign? Little things that make people smile. I like doing Improv activities, such as Urban Capture the flag, golf, and Flash mob activities (YouTube "flashmob"). Some may say I am too old for these things, however you are only as old as you make yourself. I'm not a bar scene person, and looking for the same. I do like going out for a brew, just not all the time!

~Question: What am I looking for?
I want a sidekick, I am independent and want to share the independence. If that makes sense?
a) Physically – Someone that is comfortable in their own skin. Looks change, we take on different shapes. I may not be a skinny, sexy, buff guy, But you can find me at the gym getting my health on 3-5 times a week. There does need to be something there with appearance that says giddy up! (let's be honest it could be eyes, smile something)Generally I am attracted to someone same or smaller then my frame.

b) Mentally- I look for someone that has both street smarts and book smarts. Understanding common sense, and someone who has an ability to validate what they believe or think, opinions they may have. I enjoy intellectual challenges, and fun debates. An ideal partner is someone that is mature, but can just let go sometimes and be the kid inside.

c) Emotionally- I am looking for a partner that is emotionally stable, constant fluctuations, and mood swings...I Can’t handle. I like someone that can handle life’s pressures and deal with situations as they arise with knowledge and judgement. If you're the type of person that your partner is worried to call because they do not know what mood to expect.... Not good! Unless they did something wrong! LOL

~Question: What can I offer to the deal?
a) Honesty – I am an open book. I like to be upfront, and often... when something doesn’t make sense or seem right I am willing to speak up. I will also give truth and expect truth. I haven't been introuble with the law, no life baggage.

b) Loyalty – Sad to say this has to be labelled as a trait. I think cheating and everything to do with that is wrong, and un-necessary. It’s not about respecting your partner. It is all about self-respect. If I can’t respect myself enough, how could I respect my partner.

c) Enduring – I don’t give up or walk. Relationships are and will be challenging. Instead of running away, overcome the challenges the rewards will be worth it. You'll have greater self-respect, and self worth.

~Question: What is my biggest turn off?
Pessimistic people. When life, or situations are eating at you, it’s up to you to choose your attitude and overcome life's face slaps. I have a natural ability finding the positive to any situation. Even when you think the worst has happened there is always a reason to stay positive.

This is silly... On a first date, it's not gunna be a first date. It will be a first meeting at Tim Hortons or alike, at which point your going to say/think "Your cool let's go on a date; Or Good riddance get me home--backslash Delete that guy"
