Finding someone you truly click with, on a regular, and longstanding basis, is by no means an easy task. I don't think we emphasize this enough, and recognize the weight of the struggle as much as we should. Often times, our social behaviours tend to lead us into selling ourselves short, wanting to settle for something in the short term, rather than risk the loneliness associated with taking your time to find the right person. And so, frantically searching for someone to quell the thought of being lonely, and attempting to fill that gap, may actually detract from the reason you began your search in the first place. So, find what makes you happy, even if it takes a while, and never settle.
