I am an optimist. I enjoy meeting new people and have quite the independent streak. I was born and raised in Colorado, but have lived in the Midwest, London and LA before moving to Northern California. I am decently well educated, well traveled and love to explore new things. I like quality, but I am not materialistic. I am active (yoga, gym, hiking, skiing, etc.) but not neurotic about it. I am a bit of a foodie and love to cook or eat out. I love to laugh and find the humor in life, which makes witty people a must for friends. I have a career that I have worked hard for and I am fairly good at, but I try to maintain a healthy balance. I try to volunteer when I can. I am good with kids. My family and friends are very important to me, but I still have room in my heart for more.

I would prefer something very low pressure, active and interactive which enables me to get to know you. I find the dating scene very awkward and would simply like the opportunity to let a natural connection occur.
