Hey. I'm a very down to earth person. I move to VA in Nov 2007, from FL. I love sports. Bears and Cubs are my fav. I like to surf and play golf. I love outdoors. I work for the government during the day and bartend at night, yes 2 jobs. I'm told at times I'm too independent, but hey I rely on myself and no one else.

I have a 6 yr old son, if you don't like kids or scared of them, you can stop reading now. I don't want to waste your time or mine. But then again it's not like you would meet him right off anyway, since I keep that part of my life away until I'm ready to let someone get that close to me.


What I'm looking for is, someone that is honest, funny, caring, smart, nice, athletic.. Wait that’s on every single profile.

Ok lets get real.. Every person wants all that. And most people only have 1 or 2 of those qualities at once. So let's start with something like this. Sure I want all of the things most people want. But I mainly want someone that wants me, as much as I want him. I want a guy to be my best friend, that I can laugh with and at. That doesn't have a problem telling me when I'm messing up, cuz I do need some straightening up at times. I want someone to push me to my boundaries or over them. I want someone one that is not afraid to put everything out there, that won't hold anything back for me. Ok I guess that is what i want along with all the other little things.

People have baggage. We all know this. I'm fine with all that. But if your not over an ex girlfriend/wife. I'm not the girl for you. I am really tired of dating guys and everything is fine for a couple months of dating, and then all of a sudden, they start saying I miss my Ex or my Ex did this or that (bad mouthing them). I'm not perfect, I have baggage. But I'm completely over my ex-husband and any of my ex boyfriends. I would like someone to be the same, over their ex's.

To the guys that want to date every woman out there, I am not the woman for you. When I'm into someone I'm into someone. And don't date any other guys cuz I want to see where it may go. And if I'm doing that and your dating around, just won't work. Plus it's not fair to me.

Oh and drama is not in my life. Sure my friends have tons of it, and I get to see their drama a lot and help them. But it is not in my life. And I can honestly say that. Life is to short to be worried about who's sleeping with who, or I can't believe she is dating him type of thing. I'm 31 not 21. So it's not in my life. I'm not judgmental, never have been so that's probably why I don’t have drama.

I don't have a lot of time these days between both jobs and my son. But I will say this, I get 3 nights to do something a week. If I make time and effort to spend it with you, then it’s a good thing.

No Movies, they are so inpersonable! I'm up for anything but movies.
