I am fun and funny .. Travel is a passion that I feed as often as possible I travel outside the usa several times per year. I have a lot of free time from my job and I take full advantage it. I stay in good shape, I am honest and expect others to do the same.

I am told by people who know me that I dont look 50 . They say I look like im in my late 30's and act like I'm in my 20's. This may be true but a matter of personal interpritation. Most pictures in this profile are less than 4 monts old.


For fun I plan plan a 100 mile motorcycle trip on the harley or just go to the movies or even grill some food at home. Everything in life is fun, so try to do as many things as possible..

For work I spend 10 days per month working for local fire department it’s been my job for the past 22 years. I am trading stocks on the stock market for extra travel money; I have been published once, and am working on another book at the moment.
I am a Free Mason I am involved with the “Scottish Rite” hospital for children and work raising money for it. You can learn about it online if you are interested but it is a free hospital for handicapped children. We also help in disaster relief as well as helping the ash children that you can also learn about from the internet.

Life is for fun. There are usually no real problems in life, just overdramatic reactions to unexpected or unwanted life situations that will likely correct themselves anyway without worry or drama or with a little calm effort. I don’t have drama in my life and I don’t get involved in other peoples drama. I am pretty much happy this way and plan to stay happy.

I never go more than 3 months without a trip to someplace with a beach or to stay in my condo for a while.

I am in person exactly as I am discribed in this profile and I look exactly like my pictures. I don’t understand it but there seems to be a huge amount of deception with online introductions, weeks or months of emails and phone calls that never turn into a face to face meeting or end up in a meeting that that is less than satisfactory. I suggest a face to face meeting as soon as you think there is any chemistry in a neutral meeting place possibly a mall restaurant or other public place. This should eliminate weeks of waiting just to learn that the pictures and the people have no similarity whatsoever. I am a straight forward and honest guy and don’t want to play silly games with silly people just want good honest fun with an honest person.

All disappointments are ultimately the result of an unrealistic expectation, keep it real peoplezzz..


I am always looking for adventure I have accommodations reserved for the 2010 winter Olympics in Canada and may be doing some serious snowmobiling in some cool mountain country near Seattle at the same time. One of my lifelong friends is president of the Washington state snow mobile association so it is easy to be set up for a good time there.

I never know or care what I will do next in life so I have no preconceived boundaries for where a date should be or what a date should be like. As long as every one is having fun we can make it up as we go... Romanic places? ... its not about the place, its about who you are with....
