And it seems as if the world is getting heavier by the day, lol. This is what the world has come to! I mean meeting the potential love of your life on the computer. In certain ways it is so impersonal. Next, people will be mixing genes in a test tube to have children--wait, I think that idea has already been taken. Yet still, I have to say all of this is very convenient;) Yes, I do prefer the vibe you get when you meet someone in person, then you go out on a date, but my job does not give me enough time to do all of this during the school year. Ahh, to the conviences of modern life--thank you Plenty of Fish;)

I'm a teacher that works in a non-profit agency with at risk youth. Tough job, it can even be downright scary at times, but it can also be rewarding.

My life can be busy, for I am also back in college earning, yet another degree. I am working toward an RN, then I will become a Cardio Nurse Practitioner. Maybe after some years of practice, I can fuse this with my education degrees and end my career teaching at a University.

I love animals, and I am the biggest sucker for anything small, cute, fuzzy, furry that likes to be hugged.

I had a cat for 18 years and my friends tell me she was treated better than most people on this planet.

Some quirky things about me: I still like bagel pizzas, and hotdogs wrapped with cheese and a biscuit, even if mom is no longer cooking them. I hate it when people read over my shoulder, and I love low browish comedy. I am constatly amazed at the genius of the actors, and there isn't a person in the world that is able convince me that the 3 Stooges were not 3 of the most brilliant men to ever to exist on this planet. Yet, I love to think, learn, read, teach, go to the beach, play my guitar, listen to music, have fun, and do my best to enjoy life.
