I am a divorced single dad getting back into the dating scene and hopefully making some new friends. I have a wonderful 6yr old daughter that I have joint custody of with her mother. My daughter is my #1 priority in life and I cherish every moment I get to spend with her.

Architecture fascinates me and I enjoy touring and studying places with unique and interesting buildings. I especially enjoy forgotten places, there is a sort of tranquil beauty in visiting places that man put so much effort into building, and seeing them being slowly reclaimed by time and the elements.

I am a life long learner, I strive to learn something new every day. I enjoying going to museums; one of my favorite local places is San Diego's Balboa Park, I could easily spend a weekend down there checking out all the museums and other exhibits. I believe that nobody knows everything, and everyone knows something; I love talking to someone who is passionate about something that I know nothing about and seeing their excitement as they share their passion.

My family always was very active outdoors when I was growing up, I still love spending time outdoors, and I've instilled that love in my daughter as well. I enjoy camping, hiking, snowboarding, riding jet skis, etc.. I'll try just about anything once. One of my long term dreams is to take a few months off when my daughter is older and drive around the country in a RV experiencing all the different states and people that make up America.

Physically I am average in most respects, except for my height. At 6'5" I am taller than 98% of the men in the world, which comes with it's own list of pros and cons. You never need a step stool when I am around, but you should dust the top of your refrigerator.

I'm looking for a women with some of the same interests as me, open to new things and serious enough to have her life together, but not so serious that she's forgotten how to have fun. I'm a pretty mellow guy, if you have ever been described as "high conflict" or "high drama" then I'm probably not the right guy for you...

Something fun where we would have a change to get to know each other better, and not feel like a job interview :) Bowling, miniature golf, going down to the tide pools and walking around, etc..
