Alas, I find myself in a very strange place...

Right, where shall I start? I moved to Chicago relatively recently (1 year) for graduate school, from London. The purpose of the move...was graduate school. I am currently doing a PhD in Astrophysics and this is not going to change. When not studying the Universe, I go out training by the lake, be it Swim, Bike or a Run. I like the outdoors and enjoy kayaking whenever I can, and want to learn how to sail and scuba dive. I am addicted to TopGear (car show in UK) and miss watching it on the telly. I am outgoing, adventurous, romantic and funny (at least I think so) with an easy attitude to life. I would say am curious, charismatic, passionate, driven, loyal and caring and I actually enjoy cooking. I have a very wide music taste and enjoy art exhibitions. I am also into photography. When not training, I like to explore this wonderful city through bars and clubs, gigs/concerts, the arts and architecture and love meeting new people, which I guess is the reason why am on here in the first place!
