Don't let the meditation in the interests section scare you. I'm just as apt to jump out of a perfectly good airplane.

I'm searching for someone who values an equal exchange of energy, who can put up with my faults, call me on my shit, and still have fun. This man is intelligent, witty, open minded. He is sure it is a journey, not a destination. He is situationally adaptable. He knows when to be serious, but doesn't take himself too seriously.

Me? Well, I love to laugh. I count myself among the very fortunate in that I have many friends and many opportunities to laugh. And my friends are incredible!

I just moved back to the Sacramento area after a short stint in Tahoe. From here, it's on to the Bay Area...hopefully before the end of 2009. Being a nomad wasn't in the plan, but things are great and I'm going with the flow.

I've spent a few months in Barcelona, visited England, Ireland, France, and Mexico and feel sorely under-traveled. There's definitely some catching up to do.

A few years ago, I completed several 100 mile bike rides. Those days are thankfully coming again. Professional cycling is really the only sport I feel somewhat passionate about (not that I ever was or ever will be a pro.)

I'm in the wee beginning stages of creating a green oriented company that I think could be my purpose in life.

Being alone does not frighten me, but it would be nice to have someone to share life's great adventures with.

To quote one of the great movies of our time, "True love is greatest thing in the world...except for a nice MLT..."

What would I do for a first date? What wouldn't I do? J/K! Really, I don't have any specific expectations. Out of the ordinary is GREAT, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with sharing a meal and getting to know one another. If the company is good, anything is fun!
