I hate filling these out. I'm university educated, good job, home owner and single!

umm, I like a variety of music, such as top 40, 80s music and I have about 400 CDs (although now days no one buys CD anymore except for me!). I've flipped 3 houses over the last 7 years. I've pretty much finished renovating the one I'm in but then decided to finish the laundry room (I found a good deal on tiles...).

Everyone says I'm different so I guess I'm unique, probably because I tend not go with the flow and sort of do my own thing and think outside the box most of the time. For example, I laid used hardwood in my living room and dining room and ended up with way nicer flooring then both my neighbors who did it around the same time and for way less money...

Goals? To get my mortgage paid off in the next 10 years or less (hopefully).
