So I'm taking the advice of a friend and thought I'd give this a try. Nothing ventured, nothing gained, right? I'm a confident guy so it only makes sense that I find a confident girl.

A little about me... I'm 25 and been living in Ottawa since I was three. I graduated from the General Arts program at Algonquin College and I will be entering Broadcasting in the new year. When I'm just relaxing, I like to write (whether it's screenplays or stand-up material), I love sports, watching some of my favourite shows (Scrubs is my favourite). I enjoy cooking, albeit it's mostly with a slow-cooker but it's effort nonetheless and I'd rather make something good for myself than sitting around eating a bag of chips. I'm a huge animal-lover, dogs especially. I like to go out whether it's for a coffee, a movie, a pub, or - who knows - even just passing the time playing some Mad Libs! Just as long as someone's with me to enjoy it with, then that's what matters most.

I'm personally not into clubbing but anything's worth a try. I know that if I try something, I'd enjoy if it's with a certain person, whereas I might not enjoy that same thing if it's with the wrong person. Anything goes.

I'm not a huge drinker but when I'm out at a pub or a restaurant, I'll have a beer or an appletini (yes, I love them and if I get made fun of for it, then so be it - but it's better to be honest lol).

I'm a simple guy, I expect to be treated with respect and if I don't get that, then I'll move on. As long as you can do that, things will be okay.

I don't know as it all depends on who I'm with. Dinner's nice but it's a little redundant sometimes so something fun like mini-putting or go-karting can be good. I like going to movies but not on the first date... it doesn't give you much of a chance to talk.
