What to say here........

About me: I'm pretty straight forward. I take my job very seriously and it demands a fair bit out of me. That said I'm a "work to live, don't live to work" guy. My job is what allows me the resources to enjoy my life. While I can handle the city (in small doses) I am happiest in the country. A bad day on a horse is better than a good day doing just about anything else. I love dogs, horses, golf and generally being outdoors. While I wouldn't quite call myself an athlete, I am game to try just about anything.

I have done some fairly unusual things over the years, from serving in the army to working in film and television to archaeology. Suffice it to say that my interests are diverse and I usually do quite well at the trivia night down at the pub.
There is very little that scares me and I'll try anything once.

Some say that I'm a bit old fasioned. I think that I have refined tastes. Fine art, good music, great food and nice wine. Don't get me wrong, wings, beer and the hockey game are one of the great combinations of all time but they are no substitute for a nice dinner and tickets to the theatre.

About you: I like a person with a good sense of humour and a stong sense of who they are. I love a girl who isn't afraid to get dirty and goof around, but still likes to get dressed for the occasion from time to time. You don't have to share all of my interests (in fact I think its better if you don't. I need some space sometimes) but a willingness to try new things is key.

Honesty is a big one for me. I don't think people have to agree all the time, but dishonesty and deception will kill any relationship.

All that said, I don't really know what I'm looking for. I just want to find someone who's company I enjoy and that I miss when they aren't around. I'm kind of new to the whole dating game, so I really don't know what to expect. I just want to get out, meet some people and see where things may go from there.

I have no idea. While I'm open to just about anything the whole Coffee/Bar thing seems a bit contrived and too much like a job interview for my taste. Museums, Art Gallerys, Winery tours or even a bit of destination shopping would be much more interesting in my opinion.
