I stand 6'2" and weigh 187 pounds. I'm a somewhat outgoing guy. I like to make people laugh. When around friends and family, I'm usually the guy making everyone laugh. Sometimes they laugh with me and other times at me.

My interests are pretty diverse. I am an avid reader and I enjoy learning new things. I am an amateur artist and sculptor. I enjoy sports but I am quite content with just keeping tabs on my favorite football teams. In all fairness, I might watch a couple games a year. I would rather jump on my motorcycle and go for a nice ride.

I am the father of an amazing little girl. I try to be the kind of man that I want my daughter to marry because She is the greatest motivating factor in my life. How can a man treat women poorly yet expect his own daughter to be treated differently? My daughter lives with her mother but I am very active in her life. I have a great relationship with her and I make her a priority in my life. I am hoping to find a woman that likes children and is willing to share our life.

I am drawn to an intelligent woman.
Of course I like all the cliche things such as Honesty, loyalty, caring and so on.
I say "cliche" because all of us want a nice person, a loving romantic person, We all like to have fun and be treated well.
I have yet to see a profile where a woman declared that she wants a boring and cruel man that will treat her poorly.
We are all looking for the same thing: Love, respect and a bit of mutual attraction.

I'm not looking for a supermodel but I hope to find a cute woman that I can find irresistible. Maybe that is superficial. I simply believe you should be emotionally, mentally and physically attracted to the woman you will spend the rest of your life with.
I am hoping to find a woman that is loyal and down to Earth. I hope she doesn't care about "Keeping up with the Jones". A sense of humor is a must. You can tell a lot about a person by their ability to laugh at themselves and the way they treat others.
I like a woman with a sharp sense of humor and a keen intellect.

I am a Christian and I am hoping to meet a woman that has faith in God.

Here is a few random things I have noticed while on POF:
1.Why do people put pictures of their pets on their profile? I have no interest in dating your doggies no matter how darn cute they are:)
2.I think you were lovely in your early twenties but I am more interested in how you look now that you are nearly 40.
3.What is with all the head shots that totally exclude the body? Isn't it only fair to give people a general idea of what you look like. You are far more than a pretty face.
4.Why do people pose In sexually risque photos and simultaneously claim to not desire to be a booty call? Is taking a picture on your bed or in your skimpiest bathing suit really helping you to weed out the creeps?
5.Why do people say they don't want drama? Isn't that a given?

I would recommend a simple yet tasteful date consisting of dinner and anything else conducive For conversation.
