About Me
I'm a 37 year old single father who has never been married. I have one adopted son who lives with me half the week. I'm pretty open minded and fairly laid back. I'm looking for something similar. I don't like narrow minded people, bigotry or people who are too uptight.
Life is too short to be alone, but when we are younger sometimes we make all the wrong choices based on looks or other superficial factors. I'm just looking for someone I enjoy being with who wants to be family with me and my son. I am definitely not looking for someone who feels they have a monopoly on religious truth or believes literally in condemnation. Other than that, I've very open minded.
I love: vampire movies, martial arts, reading, Chinese/Japanese food, chick flicks (some of them), texting, teasing and children.
As for music, I like everything except for country pretty much. I can listen to classical all the way to current music. Some of my favorites are: Diana Krall, Mazzy Star, Disturbed, Collide, The Secret Meeting, Daughter Darling/Natalie Walker, Breaking Benjamin, Enya, etc.
First Date
Depends on what she likes, I'm fairly open. I do think the first date or two should consist of some quiet time for talking though, so movies are probably not optimal for a little while.
