Humor is a lifesaver for me. If LaToya Jackson married Oscar de la Hoya, she'd be LaToya de la Hoya. If I can't see the humor and the silliness of the human condition, in everything I do, I would lose my perspective. I am a highly adventurous spirit, who understands life lyrically and musically. I am convinced that laughter is the tonic of life. It stimulates my ability to be creative and simply makes life more fun. Laughter works wonders in relationships. Someone once said that laughter is the shortest distance between two people. It has a way of uniting them. "Laugh, and the world laughs with you."

I welcome challenges which offer opportunities for growth and knowledge. I trust my intuition, knowing when there is a lesson to be learned, and no need to resist.

Music is my life. It's with me wherever I go - walking in Central Park, riding in the car, and at home. I just love going to live concerts several times a year. I love Broadway musicals and karaoke.

I tend to keep away from people who try to belittle my ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great ones make you feel that you, too, can become great. It's important to me, that whoever I am with, feels relaxed and comfortable in my presence. I am not seeking "the perfect match." What could be more boring than 2 people sharing the exact same interests My ex great grandparents in-law were 2 very different people, had little in common, yet they were always happy and the most charming couple to be around. They lived well into their 90's.
I vacillate between wanting to go out and have fun, and being a sofa potato.

That which is most important to me, has little to do with your profile, goals, uniqueness, etc. I know it's all good,
when during the time spent together, I really like myself.
