I am an independent person who prefers little to no drama in her life, I get as much as I can take from my teenaged daughter. If you have teenagers, especially girls, you know what I'm talking about.

I like to do lots of things including reading, going to concerts, going to the movie theater, going to the lake, going on float trips and love to travel and experience culture. I have traveled to Canada and Mexico, and prefer the warmer areas and the beaches. I am not a huge sports fan but I do enjoy going to games.

I enjoy watching movies and my favorite types are Science Fiction, Comedy, and Action films. I do not enjoy the Slasher or Horror movies very much.

I like all types of music but prefer Alternative Rock music. Right now I really like Seether, Nickelback, Hinder, Three Days Grace, Saliva & Buck Cherry.

I like all types of foods and am an adventurous eater and I am usually willing to try anything once. My favorite types of foods are pretty much any Mexican food and Italian foods...pasta is always good.

I am a laid back person who is kind of shy at first but once I warm up I am pretty friendly and very honest. I am slow to anger but am opinionated and will tell you what I think whether you ask or not sometimes. I also have a Great sense of humor and can laugh at myself but do not enjoy being the butt of your jokes.

I am currently separated and am not looking for a long term relationship nor am I looking for intimate encounters. If you are looking for a Barbie wanna be you are in the wrong place. If you are just looking for sex listen up you are in the WRONG PLACE!!! I would like to find someone to spend time with as friends and see what happens from there.

The type of guy I would like would be outgoing with a great sense of humor. I would prefer him to have a nice smile with most all of his own teeth. :-D I would prefer someone that does what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. In other words be honest! If you don't want to or are not going to do something just tell me. No reason to lie about it. I would prefer a non-smoker but thats not etched in stone.

A first date is pretty open for me. But for a first meeting a shorter date would probably be best-something like a coffee house or maybe lunch. Then if things work out other dates could include dinner, movies, concerts, night club, comedy club, or a sporting event or something we both would like.
