Hi to all who have taken time to read my profile after seeing my pics (no barbie here) just a 47 year old divorced woman from the non-fantasy section of your fishing pond. Glad to see you live in the real world not netland! (smiling)
I have been divorced for 10 years and am new to this dating or fishing thing:) I don't go out much or do anything right now except work because I have no one special in my life to do things with and it gets tiring going everywhere solo. I have a variety of interests both indoor and outdoor and I like everyone to be happy. I have a good sense of humor {although not everyone gets it} and like to make others laugh - especially if it's been a rough day.
I believe in dating one person at a time. Just be yourself and be honest - lies will catch up with you eventually:(
My son lives on his own and my daughter is deciding which college to go to - its time for me to share my life with someone special - like me!

For a first 'date' I think there should be lots of talking - its the only way to see what each other is looking for - why spend a lot of time building a relationship only to find out something later that would end everything...you know...like - "I just served a 25 year sentence for murder"... or... "I'm really a woman"...or..."My stuffed animals talk to me"... things like that {laughing hysterically!!} Talking on-line first would take care of the basics and it helps if you are quiet or shy with someone new. Then if all seems ok, a face to face meeting for a soda (pepsi for me) or whatever you drink - somewhere casual and public (of course) then if you agree to meet again, maybe dinner somewhere quiet to get to know each other more {not a loud bar where you can't hear each other speaking} Please don't respond if you're not looking for a real relationship. I know this is the internet but I live in the real world. BYE! ^-^
