Ahhhh, a good friend and a walk in the park, or a camping event in the SCA, a barbecue with other friends, sitting and talking watching the forming and approach of a thunderstorm. All seems right with nature as a backdrop. I do not hunt, play golf, or sit still. I play Vampire the Masquerade, and Werewolf the Apocalypse when I can. I have friends and love Dog shows. I love to ride horses and to just see the countryside.I love Celtic music, as well as country, classical, some rock, some Native American and African, Japanese ect..love a various diatribes...
As to relationships..well:
One has to become friends first. Relationships are a lot like eating out, Just because the food looks good does not mean it is good...
Take time to know folks and see what fits. Life is not all about the physical, or about the ending, it is about the journey..

Having a good friend to talk with is never a bad thing. I value intelligence, and love folks who excel in conversations. I will talk on many subjects, and yes I understand many, and studied many because I become obsessed with learning about things I see and take an interest in.
Genetics was a lark, read about it when looking for a puppy, and spent 2 years breeding mice and keeping records on them so I understood all the nuances of breeding I could in such a brief time.
(I had worked on a horse breeding farm and understood most of the physical points).
I love life, friends, and wind in my face. I have Peter Pan Syndrome and embrace it.
My family thinks I am crazy...perhaps I am but it holds me in good stead. I look and act much younger than I am. I have out worked my friends who are mostly in their 20's to 30's. I have few fears, (except allowing myself to get old) and I love to think...Dream....and live. I was a volunteer at the Cahokia Mounds as well as conducting marriages as an officiate, and train dogs as well as work well with elderly and children. So yes I am flexible there. But I hate dancing, golf, and old folks stuff.
I even Play WOW a little..lol. No not a addictive person and not into life on the net.
I like feeling, tasting and smelling the life around me. I am said to be a tactile person. I love texture to my life. Fall means the punjent scents of the leaves as they decay, and the first scent of woodsmoke as folks fire up the fireplaces, and the scents of the stews and fall foods, and even the feel of the air..this is my time of year..
Spring is nice, earthy and green, and summer is ok, but hot and sticky, winter;love it, the brisk air, and need for cuddling a good day sledding and then hot coco, and warm foods. the scent of the Yule season, and the sounds of folks as they seem to almost smile in their voices as they talk.
What is with all these hairless men? I love the long hair, and wild Celtic look...Sigh, are they all gone?
It as just called to my attention I should let folks looking at me, that I am not Christian. I am indeed a Pagan. I am a practicing (over 30 years) witch, and so was my Grandmother, and is my Son.
I do not know what difference this makes but some feel I should tell them this fact. So to be honest ..And no I do not follow this Christian being called the Devil. I do not believe in it. And to give evil a name is to give it power...

Walk in the park, a museum, or just a coffee to enjoy a conversation.I am game for most things. Love tea, and kids and food so it is up to you. Even a visit at Cahokia mounds where we can walk and talk is fine. Dress up or dress down I am capable of both so it does not matter.
