I get excited about meeting new people, exploring the world, salsa dancing, and looking at the sky in Florida! I love movies (especially documentaries) and music -- Americana, folk, blues, jazz, and Latin are among my favorites. I sing in the shower, the car, and in public if asked nicely, and also love to play drums and percussion as well as guitar. By day I am a clinical social worker and take social justice pretty seriously. I lean towards the philosophical and can be opinionated at times. Although I don't consider myself religious, I am spiritual and seem to be in an almost constant pursuit of the meaning of life. I try not to take myself too seriously and don't mind being laughed at every once in a while. I look forward to traveling around the world and would especially love to visit Greece, Peru, Japan, and Thailand.

For a first date, I would like fly to Paris and eat crepes with Nutella -- just kidding. Okay, a great first date would be a picnic dinner by the beach, then to an intimate music venue for some acoustic original music. Throw in some salsa dancing and I'm in heaven!
