About Me
Nobody likes writing these but what's the point of having a profile if it doesn't say anything about you, right?
In my spare time I like to
-watch movies: I love classics, indie flics, foreign films, drama, comedies..I don't limit myself to categories really but I tend to avoid horror movies and westerns. Some of my favourites include Billy Elliot, Amelie, Princess Mononoke, the Barbarian Invasions, Closer... just to name a few.
- read: comic books (DC), CanCon (Atwood, Richler), Hemingway... just finished reading Cormac McCarthy's "The Road"
- go outside for walks, camping, hanging out with friends and a bottle of wine.
- listen to music, mostly alternative/rock. I love Radiohead a little too much.
- stay home on a Saturday night happy that I'm not out clubbing.
I teach in an elementary school so I have a very fixed Monday-Friday schedule and I have a very lame bedtime to insure that I'm rested enough to not want to strangle any kids, kindly keep that in mind.
