About me


-Love to travel - but hey who doesn't? :)

-Rarely watch TV - I lost interest when "Magnum P.I" went off the air.

-Set goals for myself

-I have entrepreneurial spirit

-I believe that a healthy active lifestyle is a good thing...

-Love animals (dogs, cats, guinea pigs and Iguanas...in that order :)... and I have one very dumb Labrador Retriever.

-Great sense of humour...even though my jokes sometimes get lost in translation :)

-I believe that learning should be ongoing and that giving is good

-Can carry on a reasonably intelligent conversation.

-When I cook it's usually ends up being an experiment...once in a while my experiment works :)

-Made and continue to make mistakes but hopefully I have learned something from past mistakes.

-When I become a fossil (aka golden age, retirement) I hope to live in a little village in Southern Italy or Spain right by the sea :)

-Will try anything once i.e. skydiving, bungee jumping... (and yes I have skydived and bungee jumped)

-Spontaneous.

-Speak three languages very poorly (let's parle en Francais :)

-Love talking politics and current events - don't worry you don't have to talk about this stuff with me (I can always have a dialogue/monologue with myself...lol)

-I believe in ethics and positive value systems

-Family and friends are important.

-Looking for a casual friendly relationship to start....






About you



-Hopefully don't smoke as a matter of habit....sorry this is one habit I do not like

-Hopefully love animals - Taffy (my dog) would love to lick you to death after you throw a ball for her a 1000 times.

-Hopefully don't have a sense of humour failure too often.

-Hopefully lying, cheating, stealing purses from little old ladies, etc are not personal traits or activities that you brag about..

-Hopefully practice half decent hygiene - having a shower/bath at least once a year is always a good thing...

-Hopefully want to meet a really nice genuine guy

-Hopefully you are between the ages of 18 and 80 :)

-Hopefully like to get out and do things in nice weather.

-Class is always a good thing...

-Hopefully believe that life is one big adventure and want to live an exciting and fulfilling life !!!

-You don't have to be looking for a serious relationship although this might be a long term goal given the right person. If you are a happy and positive individual I would love to meet you.

For me a first date can be just about anything from walking our dogs together to having a coffee(or a pint)....casual and fun with no pressure for either one of us is always great :)
