I'm READY to explore the dating scene again. Sigh? No, more like excitement because I know I can hang out with some really cool people, if not find someone I really click with.

A little bit about me -

I wasn't focused on the dating scene for a while because I just didn't have the free time. My main priority was on helping raise my niece, who is also my goddaughter. I love her more than anything in this world and will do anything for her, which is why the free time I did have (after work and weekends) I would hang out with her. But she is getting older and is starting school soon - Kindergarten! And although she still needs quality time with me, as I with her, it doesn't have to be on a daily basis.

Likes:
* Exercising - I like the way I feel afterward. :)

* Helping others, especially complete strangers because it feels so pure and because I'm not expecting anything in return. It would be nice that the person I dated had a kind heart too.

* Reading - I like biographies and 'self-help' books. You can always find ways to improve yourself.

* Relaxing - it can be meditating, going to the beach, gym, going for a hike, or a drive.

Something simple and mellow, there would be nothing worse than being stuck on a bad date during a four course meal or a two hour movie with someone you just didn't click with.

I'd say something simple like grabbing a coffee or some type of beverage and just getting to know each other.
