I love summer thunderstorms. I love animals. I'm sarcastic. I have a problem with tact. I'm probably too passive at times. I hate conflict and avoid it. I love roller coasters, but scared of heights. I love the sound of ocean waves hitting the shore. I love the feel of the sun warming my skin. I wonder about homeless people and how they got to where they are. Sometimes I have a short attention span. I love the feel of expensive sheets. I love to watch falling snow, the way the world seems so peaceful and clean at that moment. I'm a social drinker, a social butterfly when the buzz kicks in :) I like to play Spades and talk crap to my adversaries. I love diversity and learning about other cultures. I'd like to travel with Andrew Zimmern. I love "Bizarre Foods" and bizarre foods. I love the sound and smell of rain. I don't particularly care for stupid people or have much patience with them. At the same time, I can have really ditzy moments and wonder about myself. I love good books. I hate authors that write the same darn book over and over again with different character names. Sometimes I look at my mail and put it back in the box. I have a good heart, but don't take my kindness for my weakness. I love good food and good restaurants. I take showers in the dark. I love getting away for the weekend to forget the hustle and bustle of life. Pepsi is better than Coke. I love a nice vacation but not the packing and unpacking. I try my darndest to get to the gym 3-4 times a week...some weeks are better than others. I love the coolness and crispness of fall. I love seeing my neighborhood lit up and decorated at Christmas. I try to learn something new every day. Good grammar is a good thing. Self-awareness is a good thing. I love poking around thrift and/or antique stores. I'm a klutz at times, sometimes wondering how I danced on the high school and college dance teams. I love Halloween...the fun and joy of being a kid. I love the smell of clean laundry, snuggling down into fresh, clean blankets. I love the Discovery Health Channel or any channel that I can learn something by staring at a box.

Who I'm looking for....Someone to make me laugh & smile, someone at least half as loyal as my faithful dogs, someone to try new things with, someone educated that can speak and write properly (or at least know there's a time and a place for everything). I'm independent, own my house, car, etc so I'm definitely looking for someone stable with goals in life. I gotta warn you, if you send me a message with absolutely no punctuation, etc, that I have to stare at for a full 5 minutes trying to decipher it...you probably won't get a reply.

First date? Well, I love to eat, so it would probably involve some type of food...lol. Sushi, Thai, Seafood, Mexican, Indian....hmmm, what else? I like conversation to flow, even though there's bound to be at least one moment of awkward silence. :) Maybe go for some drinks somewhere afterwards and see if we "click".
