Long legs, long hair and green eyes are part of the package. But, I'm also educated, accomplished, independent, well employed and responsible. I enjoy all things outdoors, well, almost, can't get into golf, but I'd be willing to drive the cart for ya! Hiking, camping, motorcycles, classic cars, movies, antiques, travel, snowshoeing, and a real sports nut; just a few of the things I enjoy. I've made a comfortable life for myself and I love my home in the country . . . surrounded by the pines, with a million stars above, the wildlife all around, and the blissful solitude.

I would like to meet a gentleman--established and stable with a sense of adventure, a sense of humor, a sense of self, a sense of chivalry, and a sense of romance . . . He should have a capacity for friendship (and the concept of "friends first"), for truth, for loyalty, for patience and for love. Strength of character, strength of body and strength of heart--but not strong of will. Chemistry is important--if it's there, we'll know it!

Ideally, the first date would allow both people to be at ease. I would never meet anywhere but a public place, but preferably where one doesn't need to shout to be heard. So, the old coffee and conversation usually falls within that description. I think it would be fun if both people own, or are owned, by a dog to meet in a place where the dogs could be walked--dogs are always a great ice breaker/conversation starter. I believe it's a good idea to keep the first meeting of short duration, just in case it's not working for one or both. For second, third and subsequent dates, I have endless ideas . . .
