I'll attempt to tell you a bit about me ... "I AM GENTLE OF HEART AND WILD OF SPIRIT!" I live in the North Shuswap. I'm Educated, (not that that matters) I have a background in Visual Art field, and I'm a Ukrainian/Celt. I'm also not a druggie,alcoholic nor a psyco bit-h from hell! You won't find any drama here! I see nothing wrong with a nice cold brew, or the occasional one too many. I've been there, done that and likely will again! I've been know to be and can be a social butterfly and rise to the occasion to make the best of a good party. I'm not ready for the rockin' chair! I'm not into the bar scene, but occasionally go to a pub with friends to enjoy a meal and an evening of pool,swappin' lies, dancing and Karaoke. I also like entertaining at home, a neighborhood potluck or sitting around the fire pit. Would be nice to be snuggling in front of the woodstove too!

I like things simple and uncomplicated. I'm very much a realist, easy going, wear my heart on my sleeve, speak my mind, I'm honest, kind , monogamous, passionate and compassionate. I'm a blue jeans T-Shirt kinda girl, petite,average/ athletic (physically fit). I have an ol' Lab, he shares my home and is a big part of my life, he's my son, so I hope your also a dog person. Children weren't in my cards for this life but if they were for you it's all good. I don't practice a Religion but I am a Spiritual person. I prefer and love my life in the country. My cabin is rustic, but then again so am I. I'm older than dirt, barely housebroke but as handy as pockets in your longjohns. I prefer hardware stores, lumber yards and antique shops over shoe stores and shopping malls. I'm not materialistic but do believe in quality over quantity. I'm self sufficient and believe strongly, in PF ( paid for) over credit!, that a day spent fishing can not be deducted from your life! and that honey do lists are only to be used as a good fire starter!

I enjoy most music, Tom Petty, Bob Dylan, Janis Joplin, Joni Mitchell, Bob Marley, Neil Young, David Gray, Jets Over Head, Eric Clapton, BB King, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Rock and Roll and some Country, but I really have a soft spot for the Blues. My interests are vast and varied as you can see from my list. I do try to find harmony and balance between, work, home, hobbies, family,friends and my passion for the Arts. I am into trying new things and game for and up to attempting anything involving peace, love, laughter and fun!

I know I'm not Barbie, but I'm not looking for Ken either! I'm not seeking a Sugar Daddy nor will I be your Sugar Mamma. I'm hoping to meet "the one" for me! I'm seeking friendship, dating and ultimately developing an intimate long term relationship with the right Man, someone with a sense of maturity in all aspects of life. Being content, positive, focused and goal orientated as well as living life in the present are important to me.
