I'm basically a simple gal, wear little or no makeup, eat real healthy (& exercise a whole lot), and don't need to be wined and dined. Family is very important to me. I have two great kids, a 26 year old son who recently graduated from Stanford Law School, passed the bar, and is working for a District Court of Appeals judge; and a 21 year old daughter who just graduated from UC Irvine. I love my work (corporate counsel for a major chain of discount stores with very flexible hours). I'm looking to meet a man who is first and foremost, very honest, communicates well (hopefully has a great sense of humor), is reliable, consistent, and follows through with his commitments, is in pretty good shape (no smokers please), is financially secure (doesn't have to be rich), doesn't bad-mouth his ex, and is ready for a serious relationship--oh, almost forgot-- and loves dogs (at least mine--I have two). I come from a European (Hungarian) background. Although I am Jewish, I consider myself more spiritual than anything else. I appreciate the beauty of our natural surroundings, learned to live life as though each day may be the last, with an "attitude of gratitude"--just need some great guy to share it all with! RU the1?

I believe a first date is meeting in a public place and seeing if there is a connection--best to be somewhat casual (Starbucks or a coffee shop is fine), and hopefully will lead to bigger and better things.
