VERSION 2.0: I’m updating my profile this time around to be more specific about who I am and be more clear as to what I’m looking for because granted, getting lots of emails is great for the ego, but I’m looking more for quality than quantity.

HERE’S ME IN A NUTSHELL:

I grew up mostly around the guys in my family and their friends, so I’m very much a tomboy at heart. I like “outdoors-y” activities…I picked up snowboarding a lot last season, but am still somewhat of a novice, and by “novice,” I mean…I still fall a lot-lol. My friends got me on the Intermediate Slopes on our last runs and now, I'm totally hooked...am counting down the days until this season starts. I recently created a “bucket list” and it includes such activities as skydiving, parasailing, deep-sea fishing, spelunking, scuba diving, white-water rafting, scaling a mountain (maybe indoors rock-climbing to start)…just to name a few (am still adding to the list). I do like to "play in the dirt" per se, but don't get me wrong, the girly-side of me does like getting dressed up and discovering new restaurants (hole-in-the-walls are great too) or staying home, trying out a new recipe and enjoying a bottle of wine over stimulating conversations, or cuddling to the sound of rain. :)

HERE’S WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR:

Hmmm...(other than the meaning of life and possibly world peace?) I’m a good girl with a little bit of edge and am looking for a GENTLEMAN with the same, someone young in spirit, but at the same time, wise beyond his years (intelligence and creativity is very sexy). I have a great sense of humor, so anything can make me laugh, but if you can make me smile (yes, there is a difference)…that’s a huge plus. (And whoever the guy was that started the trend of wearing a dress shirt with jeans is a genius…ooh la la…tres sexy).

I’m not looking to get married tomorrow, but at the same time, I’m not looking to be someone’s rebound girl. Guys, if you’re looking just to hook up, please move on (do not pass GO, do not collect $200). I’m looking more for a genuine connection. My time is limited as is (I work full-time and am trying to launch a business next year) and I would prefer to devote what time I have to sharing exciting and interesting experiences with and laughing and enjoying the company of someone who I can POTENTIALLY build a long-term relationship with (that doesn’t mean I want to jump into a relationship right away and it doesn’t exclude the idea that we might end up just friends and that’s ok, but I’d rather not be approached by someone with a hit-and-run mentality…thank you very much). I’m not looking to change you or take you away from your friends (I think having some part of yourself to yourself at times is very important…but let me point out that including me in it might make it more fun…lol). And I’m not looking for Mr. Perfect…just someone who’s perfect for me.
