I feel people should be judged, not by what they say, but what they do. I try to do "the small things" in a relationship, cook breakfast on Sunday morning, rub your shoulders in the checkout line at the grocery store, bait your hook if we go fishing, I could go on, but I think you get the picture.

I'm looking for someone who can keep up in an intellectual conversation about something other than reality tv or celebrity scandals. Someone who I can teach, and learn from. Someone who isn't obsessed with haves or wants, someone who can enjoy a nice day in, with the tv off and the windows open engaged in conversation or sitting on the couch leaning against me while we read. Someone who bases their "Knowledge" not on references or books, but on encounters and experiences. Someone who I can trust when they go out with their friends, and who trusts me to go out with mine. Someone who will stand up for me when their friends who don't know me talk trash, because I know I do.

A nice afternoon at a tea shop, family owned resturant, bookstore, or downtown St.Pete (or Johns Pass) people watching.
