| | let me start by saying that my photos are very recent and real, and i'm genuine in what i'm about to say below:
looking for someone to play in the sand with!! looking for my best friend, travel buddy, wine taster, co-chef, teammate and someone who makes my heart rate increase the closer she gets. :)
i am easy going, friendly, kind, giving, affectionate, old school kinda dude. i have a lot of great girlfriends and am very comfortable them. i'm confident but not arrogant, intelligent but not belittling, and super easy to hang out with. i notice that people i see on a daily basis smile when they see me.
I am 37 years old, whenever i meet someone new if the age topic comes up i just have them guess, lately its been 28 or 29. thank you genetics!! to me age means little, i put together a beach vball team with my two of my best friends who are 47 and 24.
I'm loyal, honest, have never cheated on anyone, and never would. if you have, move on please, trust, honesty and communication are some of the most important traits in a great relationship. i've had greatness in love before and just will not settle for less, no matter what society tells me or people say, i know what it feels like and will only settle for that or nothing.
i work from home and enjoy the freedom that it has helped create for my life. i use my money for traveling and making my life and whomever i am with easier (ie. you), having free time is more important than "things" in my books, ie you won't find me taking you shopping at prada or gucci, although i do like shopping. my goal is to basically retire in 5-10 years and lie on beaches, surf, scuba, explore this big rock we call earth and build schools or help people or children in poor countries. gotta leave a positive mark on this world somehow right?!
i love movies, collect the great ones and probably go to the cinema one night a week. i'm especially fond of foreign films, they seem to have a lot more substance than the typical hollywood junk. also i have about 20-25 horror films, especially fond of cheezy zombie films like shaun of the dead, dawn of the dead, army of darkness, the shining...
I absolutely love to cook, sometimes for someone, but would much prefer to open some wine, turn on some music and create something together. those who love to cook will understand me when i say its a great bonding experience and really sexy to work together.
what kind or type of girl am i interested in? i'd like someone who isn't working 50-70 hrs/week as i have a lot of free time, lead a pretty easy unstressful life and would like a cool chick to join me for the same. i'd like to travel a lot, taking a month or two every year to explore a new place, maybe you're a yoga teacher, self employed, or value free time and have created a "job" business or career that gives you time to really enjoy life!
there are certain traits that are important, i gell really well with someone who is calm and easy going like myself, someone who is low maintenance, and doesn't need to put on an inch of makeup to leave the house. i look almost as good in the morning as the previous evening ;) and you should too! you gotta be a smart cookie like me or it could get boring really quickly, you know what i mean. i'd prefer someone has a cool sense of style and likes to take care of herself on the inside and out. prefer someone who is active and likes getting out of the house as much as possible, we get so little sunshine so i just gotta be out in it when its shining! an optimist is very important as i am and don't like hanging out with whiners or people who make excuses, i think anything is possible if you think positive, work hard and take risks. i'll be your best friend and shoulder to lean on when you need it, your coach when you need a push and i'll always be on your side.

one last thing, i'd rather just have a couple of messages and then setup a meet. to be honest i'd rather just be sitting on a park bench and have you sit down beside me and strike up a conversation, at which point it continues for years or one of us gets up and walks away.
i've read a lot of profiles that have said that the shirt off thing is a turn off for women, i'll add that i don't want to see photos focused on your cleavage, if its part of a pic whatever, but not the sole reason for posting it ;) leave a little to the imagination and the challenge ahead right :) |
