I just recently got out of an unhappy relationship, and am feeling a little gun-shy because relationships can be so emotionally draining. Am now seeking a lady that is willing to develop a real friendship first. I am just so tired of falling for fraudulent women, pretending to be genuine. I have learned the hard way that short skirts, make-up, butt and bubes can be a disguise.

I am retired from the Boeing Company. I now work for the military, invest in old houses, and teach part time. I dream of finding my life-partner that will be my best friend, love toy, business partner, and wife. Times are tough, but it won't be so hard if we share everything. I have enough property that we could live without worrying about rent or a mortgage. Let's live the remaining days laughing, playing and being silly, dancing, and sharing our retirement bennies by traveling and living in a warm climate.

My plan is very simple: When I retire again in a couple of years, I will pay off my Florida home, sell the rest of the real estate that I own, work for myself part time (I want to open a small assisted living facility in Florida), and travel with my wife. And BTW, forget the chores-we can hire a house keeper! I have a 9 bedroom, 3 bath duplex in Lakeland Florida.

I love to travel, visiting friends and family, taking cruises, rehabbing houses, going to yard sales and flea markets. I also like comedy clubs, live theater, and spending quality time at home together, appreciating every day as though it will be the last one! If you bring something to the table, as I do, then finances should not have to be one of our problems.

Did I say that I love to take cruises...they treat you so well!

My favorite past time is clowning, helping old people, and trying to make you laugh on a daily basis. If your photo is older than three years old, then you are counterfeiting. I am a buisness man and it would be nice to meet someone that understands business; or a lady that brings something to the table as I do. By no means am I rich, nor do I seek a rich lady. I have had money but due to this poor economy, my savings account is now on the critical list, I have to admit.

I am HIV free, and willing to go in with you to take another HIV test together. I am very feely touchy, affectionate, and sensitive. I don't like single life at all. I am too old to be playing the field anyway. BTW, since it is important to some women, you need to know that I don't do head, the O.S. thing. I feel that that is disrespectful to you. I prefer for my lady to have a clean kisser (smile). If we mesh and have good chemistry, watch how fast, I come off this dating site!!!

I am not into hitting at all. I don't do violence unless it is necessary to defend family or home. Stretch marks and a little tummy don't bother me either. We all change over time. There is not much that we can do about that. I seek personality, sexiness, and compatibility.

I am ex-military, have several trades, and college degrees. I seriously beleive that exercise, hard work and or staying busy, keeps you alive!!!
