About me - I am a divorced single parent to a pretty cool 10 yr old daughter. I enjoy many different things including travel, photography, fishing, the beach, martial arts, cooking and a zillion other things.

Not quite sure I have a whole lot of faith in this (or any) dating site as I have not had much luck with them. However, I do not have the time or inclination to hang out in bars....just not my scene.

I am educated, well traveled, self employed and a focused father. My ideal mate would be a well rounded lady who is not afraid to speak her mind...is focused on her kids if she has them....enjoys doing things other than sitting in a bar drinking.

I believe the best way to learn more about a person in face to face....not through emails. Understandably emails are the door opener, but I have no desire to sit in front of a computer wandering if we will ever meet. So, lets chat...possibly meet....and see what happens.
