I recently moved back to Kansas after spending the last 5 years in the Houston area. I moved to Texas for a job and ended up getting married. Flash forward 5 years and I am now divorced and came back home to be close to my family and friends.

I am looking for someone that can enjoy a day outside just as much as a day inside. I enjoy doing anything outside no matter what time of year it is. I am an avid golfer, although I would not say I am any good at it. I love to fish and hunt as well as camp and hit the lake.

For as mush as I love the outside, I am also perfectly capable of sitting around the house all day and watching movies, reading a good book, and napping.

I absolutely love the Royals. I know, they aren't doing that well, but a real fan supports them even in their down times. Last year was the first year that I never went to a Royals game. I did manage to catch a few on TV though.

I was born and raised on a farm and eventually would like to be able to live in the country again. I currently live in town as a matter of convenience and the need to find a place to live when I came back to KS.

Family plays a very large part if my life. Even more so now that I have been away and missed to many things and events that happened here. I am looking for someone that has a strong family bond and doesn't mind spending time with family. Someone that wouldn't mind spending a day on the golf course with me, or a morning hunting or fishing would be great but not a necessity.

I have also just committed to quiting smoking with some folks I work with. I have made it 20 weeks now (as of 10/12/09) and I feel great!
