I didn't think I would do the online dating thing, but I have yet to give up on the fact that there are still some quality girls here in LA, I just need a way to find them.

A little about me:

I never take integrity for granted and I believe how kind you are to strangers tends to be a good indicator of how good of a friend you'd end up being in a relationship. A relationship is what I'm looking for here, so if the thought of relationships scares you, you might want to look into another guy. What describes me best? Have you ever seen the movie, "Blast From the Past"? Well that's basically me. A boyscout from the past who hopes to find a girl who understands what values are and why they're important. Oh yeah, and hopefully find someone who's athletic enough to go on a long hike every now and then, who isn't scared to camp out under the starlight and still has the ability to dress up for a nice dinner out, movie or concert.

Since communication is very important in any relationship, I've always thought that a nice coffee shop or jamba juice is a great place to get to know each other for a first date. If you can't make a first impression or a decision to go on a second date while sharing a beverage, an extra hour isn't going to make them any more interesting.
