I like sitting on the beach at night...I like staying in bed on my day off reading a book... I like riding my mtn bike on a trail of pine needles...I like going fast down a hill...I like going to the gym and THEN a yoga class and feeling so strong and stretched out and tall...I like gathering healthy produce and cooking a meal for the people I care about...I like when my I visit my granddaughter and she runs and jumps into my bed first thing in the morning...I like floating on a river or the bay in my kayak...I like dancing with a partner...or myself...I like Daffodils...and pesto...I like reading novels that take me away...
