I am 52 and from new Your City, I moved to Ak. in 1980, I have worked around the state mostly in rural villages, where I enjoyed the nature as well as the culture. When things were more simple and basic. I have learned over the years that it is good for the spirit to enjoy the flowers and all nature has to offer. I am seeking someone who is ready to slow down for life and has already done the climb the ladder thing. I have, and at the top was nice, and intersting, BUT, the view wasn't that good,if you can relate to this, maybe we can have a coffee sometime. I have never married because of my work, and now I think of what I want and what I have missed, so I am ready for a serious relationship which I hope will follow into love and marrage. I have had my share of running and bars and everything else, I enjoy the home life with peace and no drama. I enjoy waking up with a woman in my arms and having coffee and talking as we watch the day come to life together. I am easy going with a sharp whit and a wicked sense of humor, I enjoy helping around the house and making things with my hands, and being there as a sounding board when needed and am very supportive and affectionate. I like to watch a good movie and its ok to have comfortable silance when we are together. I like dogs and cats, as they are full of personality. I have learned to enjoy the little simple things in life. I don't care what the Smith's have, I am not that materialistic.

I think a first date should be something simple, like a walk and a cofffee so we could sit and talk and learn about each other,something where it is an easy atmosphere with not a lot of noise and distractions.
Or, I could cook you a nice meal, and we could talk.
