I'm a professional with a great career. I currently live in Cookeville but am in the process of moving to Nashville (the current economy status is slowing the process). I am focused on finding someone with like values and background (i.e., degree/career). Honesty is imperative. A sense of humor is a must!!! (love Seinfeld)

One of my biggest passions is volunteering with St. Jude. I help the local radio station (the Country Giant) with events they sponsor to benefit St. Jude which is about 6 events/year. There are other organizations I volunteer with but St. Jude is my main focus. I am currently helping organize the Susan G. Komen walk for Cookeville scheduled for October. Another passion is treating others fairly- not allowing prejudices to guide me. I have friends of all social standings, cultures, ages, religions and in other countries. This gives me a chance to grow as a person and look at the world with a more open mind.

I love to travel and have seen things others only dream about (I worked for the Dept of Defense in Germany for 8 years). I have seen the Coliseum, the Vatican (and Pope John Paul II), the Eiffel Tower, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, Venice at Carnevale, the Anne Frank house, the Tower Bridge, Buckingham Palace, the French Riviera, a bull fight in Barcelona, Auschwitz, the Alps, Santorini, and drove on the Autobahn at over 100 mph- to name a few. I have traveled extensively in the US. My next big trip will be to NYC.

I enjoy cultural events and the theater (TPAC). I love all kinds of music but in my car I listen to country and classic rock.

I don't have children but had always wanted them. As I have gotten older my goals have changed. I have 11 nieces/nephews between 2-21 that I can "borrow" at anytime. I work with children also.

Healthy living is a way of life for me! I work out on average 4 times per week. My food choices are usually on the lighter side but I can force myself to eat tiramisu. :) I have completed the Country Music Marathon 4 years in a row.

That depends totally on the person I am with.
