| | I'm interested to meet more people for more socializing for pretty much anything, but I don't often do the normal thing of movie and dinner. Most movies don't impress me that much and food is something you can eat even in an informal setting, so it doesn't have to be too special, but everything is always more enjoyable with someone else. So if you have that museum you've been wanting to see, or some city event going on that you wanted to see but not alone, then give me a call, I might be interested to check it out, too!
I am a fan of some TV shows like House, The Office, Glee, Smallville, Stargate, CSI, and others. I don't really follow the reality TV shows, though. Due to my schedule, I tend to watch them on DVD more than when they are airing. I recently took an inventory of my DVDs and I have about 300 titles, somehow. I guess that's why I need to socialize more!
If you like some of those TV shows and talking about movies, we would definitely fill in some hours each week talking about them, and go on from there.
The goal of this relationship is open. A romantic pursuit wouldn't be out of the question, but it's just fine to hang out and do some things around town, too. It's hard to meet people in my line of work, in my career, and so here I am, looking for something that you are looking for also. In fact, I looked at my sign-up date and thought, that's too much time that has passed that I did very little towards making a difference in my life in this respect.

Well, I won't kid anyone here. First date is probably a movie and dinner, the very things I mentioned above that I don't do much. Is it unimaginative or just part of reality to say that most people start off this way anyway?
Anyway, I know that doing things with others makes it more fun, so really, anything is open for a first date. |
