I am an old-fashion, country girl at heart who loves the city who enjoys a competitive game of pool with a cold Bud Light in her hand and an old school jam playing on the juke. I am originally from Florida, but Texas is home! With me there is never a dull moment...and my friends are my witness. I'm all about having a good time, laughing & making memories...& trust me, my friends have crazy stories to tell! I love to smile...and beware my smile is contagious! I concentrate on the positive side of things & put myself in positive surroundings. I am a firm believer in that "everything happens for a reason"...I truly live by it. I don't let many things get me down because I trust in God. I've endured some life lessons at a young age, which have caused me to grow up fast, but I regret nothing in life. I am passionate about music and dancing! It's my form of therapy. I'm not big on the club scene anymore, but when the time calls for it, I am your gal! I am a sucker for love movies but could never do away with the military ones. My favorite movie is Rocky (all six of them)...with Transformers & the Twilight Series running in second. I love to read (my favorite author is Gabriel Garcia Marquez). I am family-oriented and always look forward to the Thanksgiving holiday because of the family gatherings. I love to learn...I'm that friend that will pull out the cell phone and Google it. Call me a nerd, I guess. Another passion of mine is immigration law. I'm open minded and don't have a problem discussing politics or religion with you. I strive for the best and to reach the goals I set for myself. Accomplishment is a great feeling. I am a mother of one son. My main focus is keeping my son focused. About three-quarters of our year is dedicated to baseball...I LOVE being a baseball mom. My little man keeps me on my toes...however, I do make time for myself. Occasionally, I’ll meet up w/ the close friends and put away a few drinks at our local bar...but I am always up for the cuddling on the couch with that special someone while we watch tv or a movie...or actually going to the movies or bowling, pool or just relaxing at Starbucks. I am always up for anything as long as I’m in good company. I'm very independent, intelligent, goal oriented, mature, head strong, easy going, extremely observant and a hopeless romantic! I'm as genuine as they get.

On a first date, I would prefer something more on a personal level. I'm very observant so I would prefer activity so I can observe him & how he accepts his surroundings. I am a hopeless romantic, so anything with romance (and genuinity) would be nice.
