Who am I: I am an intelligent, confident, attractive, recently separated male (divorce pending after 19 years of marriage) that’s looking for someone to share life’s experience, after all men and women were made to be together. I have a dry sense of humor, like working out at the gym, love the outdoors, going out on the town, watching movies and sports, and hanging out at home cuddling on the couch. I consider myself a master at grilling and smoked foods, and I can go from wearing jeans and a t-shirt to dressing up in black tie.

I am a professional with a college degree who’s tired of the corporate merry go round. I’m in the middle of launching a business and money is tight so no gold diggers please. This does not mean I don't have money and I'm expecting you to take me out, it just means I'm spending conservatively right now. I share custody of my two young boys ages 4 and 9 who are very important to me. I love all types of music.

I am looking for a woman with a sense of style. I am not looking for a trophy or Barbie, and you don’t have the body of a playboy bunny. I just want someone that knows how to be a woman. I would also like to find someone that can have a stimulating (intellectual) conversation.


I’d like to add a couple of things ....
First and foremost these are just words on a screen. One of the worst parts of email, IM, texting is its impossible to interpret the emotion projected by the written words. There is no body language, no facial expression, no eye contact to read what emotion is being sent by the writer. I really don’t want to spend days or weeks chatting back and forth only to find out 5 minutes after the first meeting there’s no chemistry between us. Secondly, as I mentioned above I am separated after 19 years of marriage. If you consider me still married you are wrong, I emotionally checked out of my marriage long ago and I am not looking back. My Ex and I have established a friendship so there shouldn't be any drama and no I'm never, never, never going back. I will not bring my ex or proceedings into our relationship unless you are interested in knowing.

Am I looking to get serious right away, absolutely not. I do believe men and women were meant to be together. I am a gentleman in every sense of the word and will respect any boundaries you would like to put in a relationship.

I am not in a hurry, I'm just trying to make up for lost time.
