Hello, there! Thanks for stopping by my little slice of the internet. Let me tell you about myself, then later on you can do the same.

First off, I have to talk about my family because they are the most important thing in my life. My older brother is and has always been one of my best friends. Even though we live in different states, I still get to see him once or twice a year and we always have a lot of fun hanging out together. I'm also very close with my parents. They've been the best influence in my life and have always been supportive of me, no matter what :)

Around town, much of my free time is spent with friends or playing sports. I just moved to Arlington from Houston, but I'm originally from Colorado and although I hated to leave the Rockies, I much prefer the weather here in Texas (yes, even the 100+ degree days). I could definitely use someone to show me around the area, hint hint ;)

Finally, I love to travel as much as I can and my profession really gives me a lot of flexibility to do so. I love to go on road trips with friends to see as much of the country as I can, and I've been doing so regularly since high school. Over those last few years, I've had the chance to experience virtually all of the Midwest, and really got to know my friends in the process. I've also been to Las Vegas each year since I turned 21 and I plan to keep that up, although there's plenty of room for the right girl in those plans. I also had the chance to spend some time in Hawaii when I was in high school and I'd love to go back, especially if it's with the right person.

What I'm looking for in a match is someone who's intelligent, has a sense of humor, a sense of romance, and someone who is honest. A woman who can appreciate a good man once she's found one. I'm not too picky about how to spend time, as long as it is in the right company. If you want to go for walks in the park, that's great. Read a good book to each other by the fire? Not a problem. Relax together on the couch? Fine by me. Go out to see movies? plays? concerts? All perfect. In the end, it's all about finding someone you love to spend time with.

I'm a pretty traditional guy, and I think the first date should really be used as a chance to get to know each other and have fun, because even if it doesn't work out you can say you had a good time. So, I'd probably go with dinner at a quiet, comfortable restaurant followed by a movie or just getting a drink somewhere where we can talk, maybe play some pool, whatever sounds fun.
