I am not looking for anything shallow, or for one-night stands. I am seeking a relationship based on mutual respect, and friendship, first and foremost. If you say you are looking for long-term, dating... then I expect to not be stood up, commitments honored, and honesty and openness. I need someone that is able to communicate, and respects me enough to speak frankly and truthfully, about what he is looking for, needing, expecting. I have a lot of affection and attention to share with the right person, but expect the same effort and time invested in me.

About me...Mom to two teen boys who are and always will be my priority, I am looking for someone to spend a little time with, now that these boys are not quite as dependant on me. Besides working full time, I play guitar & sing, watch football (go RIDERS!!!) and a little hockey, like to plan & host social events & parties. I am my boys' biggest fan at their football and competitive soccer games.

I like to have fun, tease and joke alot, love to laugh!!! I get alot of enjoyment from making others smile, making others happy. I am pretty boisterous, somewhat "extreme", never do anything "half way".

I enjoy being outside, especially in summer, sitting on the deck, with a fire in the pit. Little things make me happy... like big fluffy snowflakes and Christmas lights twinkling in winter, hearing a great song on the radio, seeing someone I haven't seen in along time...

Raised in a rural community, I have a great respect and love for animals, especially horses and dogs. I do love being a city dweller, though, too.

I'm looking for...someone to spend time with, who shares my interests, my values, my work ethic, and hopefully my sense of humour. It would be nice to have a companion to basically, just "hang out" with, just "be with"... doing nothing, or doing everything... go see a concert or live music with,go dancing with, for a walk, a drive, watch or attend sports with, or take in a movie with. Someone to talk to, sing for/with??? someone to laugh with. Someone to go to the home and garden show, agribition, the rodeo, car shows with...

I tend to like to redecorate and revise things, both in the house and in the yard, so someone that likes that sort of thing would be nice...I am pretty creative and spontaneous, easily distracted by a little fun and adventure, so need someone fairly flexible and able to adapt quickly :)

The most important thing in my life is...family

I spend my free time...Who has free time??? LOL...Playing guitar, singing, baking/cooking, entertaining friends and family, enjoying the deck, flower beds, and fire pit in summer, and fires in the fireplace in winter, volunteering, writing, re-decorating, spoiling the dog, socializing, socializing and socializing.

I work for the Federal Government, doing something I hope, is making a difference in others' lives. Once I know you, I will expand.

Last summer,I travelled around Sask watching my boys' soccer teams every weekend. The year before, toured through the USA, and Niagra Falls. Visited the American Choppers set, and met some of the OCC boys!! Would love to go right across Canada some day, just taking it all in, and exploring what our country has to offer.

...a good-hearted person, who would do anything for anyone, someone who can have a fun/great time, but can be understanding, strong and supporting in times of need and suffering...

I think coffee, or a drink would be an acceptable first date...maybe a sporting event...or walking through a trade show/car show/home and garden show...such as the events at EVRAZ Place. Prefer something public for the first meeting or two.
