I have been in NYC since I was nine, but I enjoy learning about other cultures through traveling. However, travel for me is not necessarily about stepping into foreign soil since there are still many sights I have to see in the US. I've learned through travel that there are not alot of things in this world we need, but just basic social/human connection.

I live in constant re-invention, whether to strive towards self-improvement or the next goal. Yet, I try to be "grounded" and balanced at the same time.

I consider myself crafty, resourceful, adventurous and independent, but I also want to fill my life with passion and romance with a man who is fun, funny, CONSISTENT, real and intelligent. At the same time, I'm not perfect and I want to meet a man who can like me for my imperfections as well. I'm open-minded that's why I'm here. I know that there's a nice guy out there; it's just a matter of timing.

I love trying out new things (restaurants, bars, wine), learning from others, going to museums (but I just never liked the collection at the uptown Guggenheim), seeing non-mainstream independent/foreign films for a different perspective, taking fun classes at ICE, International Wine Center, 92nd Street Y, Alvin Ailey, The Artisanal, Murray's Cheese, etc.

I think it's important for each person to be multi-faceted, and while I have too many of my own interests, I look forward to learning about and possibly sharing his interests.

It depends on my date's interest, but I prefer to be in a setting where we are able to talk so I can find out more about him.
