I’m pretty laid back: a free spirit. I’ve been around the block a few times and I am not into drama queens. I can find the humor in almost any situation. I am not into keeping up with the Jones. I don’t care what the Jones do or have. I forge my own path. One thing nice about getting older is you realize that it really doesn’t matter what other people think. I am not really into material things. I am just as happy with a piece of furniture off the curb as I am a new piece from a store. I own my own home and currently spend most of my time there. I am a volunteer for habitat for humanity and like to do charity bike rides. I am an ex jock who loves to be outdoors. In 2003 while painting my brothers’ house I discovered my old bicycle in his basement and started riding, and have been riding bicycles ever since. I ride almost every day. I like flea markets and like to go to sell. I prefer the ones in small towns that only happen once or twice a year. I love to travel and it does not matter whether it is 30 or 3000 miles. Recently I have decided to pick up on things left behind, such as my music. I had eight years of classical piano training when I was young and played the tenor sax in high school and college bands. When I got married at 19, I gave it all up. I am looking for a partner, a friend, and a lover.

A first date with me could be anything from walk in a garden, to a picnic in the park,to shopping at a flea market.
