9-30-09 Update - Just returned from Thailand after a 9 day trip, bought a motorcycle and just bought a house...

Relocated to Texas from New England but I am originally from Ohio but have lived in Mississippi, New Orleans New Mexico, NY and Europe as well. Have traveled all over the world to include Thailand, Europe, Mexico and Canada. Love Texas and currently live in Frisco and work for a telecommunications company as a manager.

If I had to call one place home I would have to choose several and consider Ohio, Mississippi and New Orleans my home. Went to high school in Mississippi on the Gulf Coast and lived most of my life in either New Orleans, Biloxi/Gulfport or Mobile, AL. Love them all!!

I am very honest, romantic, fun, adventurous, humorous, compassionate and full of life and surprises. I have integrity and I am always a gentlemen even when I shouldn't be. I have integrity and always believe in doing the right thing. I have very high expectations for both myself and people that I spend my time with to include friends, family and whom I choose to date. I am also a true salesman and enjoy talking to people, finding out what they do and about their lives. My career has allowed me to travel throughout the country and see many places and make many friends and I keep in touch with the people important to me in my life.

My professional life and my leadership training have allowed me to grow and develop in my personal life so I know both who I am as a person and what I want out of life. Although I am still a kid at heart and laugh at just about everything, I have emotional intelligence and I am not afraid to show my emotions. I am very confident and independent and I am former military (ARMY). However, I am not your average guy as I like cats, love to cook, dress very well and keep a very neat and clean house. I believe in both dressing up and dressing down and am comfortable doing both.

I love sports so whomever I date must be able to either enjoy or tolerate this as I am very passionate about Football, Baseball and Basketball. These are also great venues for dates. I play tennis and workout and enjoy doing my own yard work and keep a very nice yard. I also love music to include dance and everything else and could not imagine life without satellite radio or Limewire. I like live music venues and will try to attend concerts and comedy shows as my schedule will permit.

I am a movie buff but not the traditional guy movies as I prefer movies about real life, historical events, relationships or comedies. Some SCIFI but not many action adventure unless they are truly believable, which most aren't. Noting better then cooking a nice meal at home with a couple bottles of wine and settling in for a good movie while the fireplace is crackling..... I enjoy both beer and wine.

I love both cats and dogs and have both. I am very close to my family although none live in the area. I keep in touch with both my parents, brothers, nieces and nephews. I also like to cook and grill and do so almost nightly. I recently ended a 3 year relationship and am ready for the next step in my journey.

As far as kids I am very open to both women who have them or want them and I am very confident that I would be a great father in both instances. I love kids especially with the proper guidance,love, teaching and support they are great!

I am also very technologically savvy as I work in telecom and love change and new gadgets that enhance your life or make them more interesting. I am also on Facebook and use this as a way to keep in touch with old friends and family...

What and Who am I looking for:

Looking for a romantic, adventurous spirit, someone who likes to travel, appreciates good food, sexy, funny (or at least appreciates good humor), friend and companion to share fun and good times with and to see where this will take us. Someone that brings value to the relationship in someway. Eventually I would like to partner with the right person and share both personal and financial goals in order to have a great future and life together. Someone that is generally happy full of life and does not take themselves to serious. I still have a lot to learn but also a lot to share...

Depends on the likes and dislikes of the person I am going out with. I would love to cook and sit by the fireplace with a bottle of wine or dinner out. Go to a football game, baseball or basketball game or live music venue. That of course is the first date. Other dates would be a picnic, bowling, the zoo, tubing, the park, bike riding, hit some bars, Day or night trip to anywhere romantic with a beach or trip to Vegas! etc..
