I am re- writing this as my original attempt was ruined by couple of men who made not very nice comments on it. I thought this was very unfair and extremely rude! Especially as without even talking to or meeting a person, you cannot tell what that person is like. I am not in the habit of talking about myself, but, here it goes....( giggle!)

I am a very sweet, loving, caring woman, no nonsense! Good communication is very important to me. I love life, my three grown children mean the world to me. All my close friends mean a great deal to me. I am artistic, love to paint with water colors, write poetry, and design very pretty cards. I can sing, I love music, since a very young age. Royal blue is my favorite color (cobalt) glass is so pretty. I like dark chocolate, love reading mysteries .angels, teddy bears.. Love Disney...as do my children. I am pretty active, have pretty blue eyes, so I have been told...(blush!). I'm not tall, nor am I athletic . However I am also not voluptuous, or full figured.. I would love to meet a man who has a happy, & loving personality, who is honest, funny, romantic, and affectionate. Someone who takes good care of his appearance, He must be prepared to really learn about the woman he is dating... a man who likes to slow dance would be a real bonus

I like a man who is good in size. I am not attracted to thin men. It's what is inside that really counts, but a lot of men & woman are very shallow... we all get older.. then what?..( you see, being able to look into your loves eyes and really see what their heart is like, not be afraid to really show that person your inner self, to be there for them) that is what love is. One should never criticize the one you care for, that is hurtful. Being calm, and loving and really listening to each other.

I was a preschool teacher back in Mass. for nearly 9 years. Then I worked for a nursing company as a homemaker/ caregiver. I loved that job. Moved to Fla. 2 & half years ago. I am now in a care giving job, love it! I like to be busy & active, love walking & yes working on machines, working up a good sweat!! lol! I guess what makes me unique is , hmm let me think now… I am a one man woman, very devoted, very affectionate, caring, and funny, I love a good conversation, and I am there for whoever needs me, I love trying to solve problems and to me, where is the will, there is a way.. I hate to see people sad or hurting. I have a great sense of humor.. My youngest daughter tells me I should be a stand up comedian...nah, I would much rather sing. I love the arts, live theatre is amazing.. I have been to England twice, Loved it! Yes, I was a huge Beatle fan.. Saw some of Scotland, love the sound of the bagpipes.. Seen northern France. I guess a dream would be to go to Paris some day, how romantic would that be Italy has always attracted me, especially Tuscany, the light for painting is supposed to be superb.... My taste in music is varied. I love classical, show tunes, big band.. some soft rock, light jazz.. As a young girl, I loved watching Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers and Gene Kelly... I love comedy...Well, I guess that's it. If you have managed to read this far I thank you... I enjoy knowing about people... have a great day!

On a first date. dinner under the stars...minus the bugs, of course...Giggle!! a first meeting, coffee or a drink.. someplace not too noisy so you can hear each other talk...
