Hey there! I always enjoy meeting people and making new friends. If I encounter a great romance, awesome. But if not, it's no big deal. After all, I do have a life and plenty of friends and family to keep me busy.

A bit about me... I'm an easy-going person with a good sense of humor. In other words, I try to balance the serious things in life with a bit of the silly stuff. I have many interests such as traveling, LOVE theater, film, food & wine, nutrition, the outdoors, writing, reading, etc. Aside from that, I often enjoy kicking back with friends and family, and sometimes I entertain them by doing a bit of bartending, or simply sitting back with a glass of wine. An intelligent - or sometimes brainless - conversation, an amazing book, and hang-time with loved ones can all be equally as enjoyable and/or fulfilling.

Professionally, I'm a Food Scientist, and I currently work for a flavor and fragrance company, developing and formulating food products and ingredients. I sometimes describe my job as getting paid to "play with my food" all day. You can't beat that, right? Additionally, I'm licensed as a Registered Dietitian, as well as having a degree in Nutritional Sciences. Basically, much of my professional and educational background has to do with food! By the way, this also goes to show that my name, "flavorchemistry," isn't just a random name I came up with, but is in fact related to my life and career.
