I am a blend of girly girl and tom boy. I grew up in a small town so I have small town values but enjoy adventures in the city. I like to spend some time outdoors and love to be near the water. I am described by friends as bubbly, fun, happy, thoughtful and sweet. I try to approach life with a positive attitude. I love to laugh; a sense of humour is important in life. Family and friends and very important to me too. I enjoy spending time with them, whether it is a backyard BBQ, playing cards, dinner party or going dancing. Have a lot to offer the right man. Music and food are two of my passions. I can listen to anything from hard rock, country, R&B, 50's/60's, to Classical, Disco, Modern rock and Top 40's. I like cooking and enjoy good food. Try to eat a variety of healthy foods most of the time, but yes, there is junk food in my home. Isn't an indulgence heavenly! Eating at a restaurant is wonderful, but also like having friends in and cooking for them.

Would love to travel more then I do. Planning a trip to Europe in 2010 - all going well. Places to visit on my bucket list; Hawaii, Australia, the Grand Canyon.

Enjoy participating in activities, but I'm not very competitive, I do them for fun and the excitement. Some things I enjoy: golf, cross country skiing, atving, snowmobiling, baseball, biking, bowling. I also like fishing (don't mean on here) and I even bait my own hooks......that's the tom boy in me. I am open to trying new activities, but skydiving, mountain climbing or bungee jumping are probably out of the question - I don't like heights very much.

I love my career but still look forward to weekends. I am independent and can take care of myself, am not looking for a man to rescue me. I would like someone with a friendly ear who will listen when I need to talk and with a strong shoulder when I need to lean on it. I will return the support and understanding ten fold!
